Why is the Right Rail Important?

The guide system is an essential component that connects the carbine and the optical sight. Our rail provides reliable and precise mounting for aiming devices. A development team, which standardized the Weaver rail design in the early 1980s, measured approximately 20 different Weaver rails and averaged a set of numbers placed on the surface at a 45-degree angle.

The only difference between the Picatinny and Weaver rails is the size of the grooves. Many modern tactical accessories and sights can be used on both types of rails. However, it’s important to note that all accessories designed for the Weaver rail fit the Picatinny rail, but not the other way around.
